Shipping policy: Please allow up to 3 days processing time for your Order. Most Orders can be processed within 24Hrs. Courier Delivery can then take severals days, depending upon your location. Orders under 3kg are shipped by via Express post Satchel when possible. Usually Next day Delivery to most Metro Areas. Orders over 3kg are shipped by Road courier.  Delivery within 3 days to most Metro Areas / Eastern States, 1 week to WA and remote locations. Orders can also be picked up from our Office during Normal Business Hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm. Note: We do not ship to PO boxes for orders over 3kg. Now we can also send with the New 5KG Express Post satchels, for goods up to 5 KG. We require a physical address & your phone number for the courier to deliver the order to you. Note: Online Shipping Charges can Only be Quoted Until you Enter All your Details into the shopping Cart Checkout. This occurs before Payment is Processed. The Order may then be Cancelled if you do not wish to continue, by clicking 'Back' or to another Link.  As a guide, Shipping is charged at a % of the Full Purchase amount shown on a sliding scale  (approx 30% for small orders down to 8% for orders $500 or more), with a Minimum Charge of $12 for any delivery.  See Shipping Charges Info Page  for more Details   OVERSEAS SHIPPING SHIPPING TO OVERSEAS WILL COST MORE  -  SHIPPING PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE APPLY ONLY FOR DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA. Extra add on surcharge is required for orders from overseas for International Delivery. Please Contact Us directly for this. Only Available by Special Request.   RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY: All Units come with a 1 year warranty - during this period if unit has a malfunction due to manufacturing we will refund or exchange, if malfunction due to misuse such as overloading or blowing fuse, extra cost may be incurred (please always check fuse & if needed replace the fuse before returning unit) Exchanges and replacements have a 20% restocking fee with shipping fees non refundable. Refunds have a 20% restocking fee, with shipping fees non refundable. NOTE: Returns must be Packed in Original Packaging with sufficient protection otherwise items may be damaged in Transit, and we cannot offer refunds if the item is damaged or dented upon return.
